Event Spaces

Depending on the number of guests joining you for your special day. You will either be situated in our intimate yet unique tearoom; let there be crumbs or our Six Soldiers Suite. Each space has its own personality and character to wow your guests.

Let There Be Crumbs

The interior of this venue makes our tearoom stand out from the others. With exposed brickwork, coupled with finery like crystal chandeliers provide this relaxed and intimate dining space a stunning quirky feel. Not forgetting the beautiful views of Roker Pier.

The Six Soldiers Suite

Our largest space within our hotel, our six soldiers suite features crystal chandeliers and tall, arched, statement windows to floor the space with light. A self-contained opulent setting with its own private bar and entrance gives an exclusive feel for you and your guests.

Our christening packages include exclusive private room hire, full catering and a fully stocked bar throughout your event. Afternoon Tea

Keeping it classy. When all the friends and family have arrived, the service has taken place, you can finally sit down and relax as you enjoy our award-winning afternoon tea.

Our classic afternoon tea includes:

A selection of sandwiches | A fruit scone served with clotted cream and preserves | Cheese scone served with butter | A selection of mini cakes and desserts | Ringtones tea or coffee with unlimited refills.

Buffet Selection

We offer two different selections of buffets for you and your guests. Our finger buffet includes a range of delicious hot and cold dishes. Our hot buffet includes all hot dishes.

We do cater for all dietary requirements, meaning we have Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy and Gluten Free options available. Please note that 100% of guests attending the christening must be catered for.
