The Six Soldiers Suite
Our largest suite features crystal chandeliers and tall, arched, statement windows to flood the space with light. A self-contained opulent setting with its own private bar and entrance gives an exclusive feel for you and up to 350 of your guests
Stylish and intimate. It’s perfect for intimate events of up to 50 people or can be used as the residing area for the Six Solidiers Suite.
We pride ourselves on providing quality local food and drink, which extends to our dining options. Guests can choose three courses from our specially selected menu:
Spicy Butternut Squash Soup (v) Served with a dash of minted yoghurt
Chicken Liver Parfait With red onion jam, dressed leaves and warm toast
Smoked Salmon Pâté Served with horseradish cream and cucumber pickle
Marinated Plum Tomato and Red Onion Salad (v) With feta cheese, shaved fennel and olives

Grilled Chicken Breast Served with gratin dauphines, buttered greens and mustard jus
