Events Terms & Conditions:

All bookings taken through the website where you must pay a deposit, not the full ticket price, are pre-bookings until a member of our Events Team gets in contact to finalise any further details and confirm your booking.

We require a per person non-refundable deposit to secure your pre-booking.  All other events that are paid in full at the time of purchase are fully booked once the transaction is complete.  

Terms & Conditions

Deposits and ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If numbers in the party are reduced, those deposits or ticket sales cannot be used for the balance of payment, or for another event.  Any cancellations 7 days prior to the event are 100% non-refundable.  For all events with larger groups we will endeavour to seat your party together, however depending on guest numbers, you may be asked to share your table with another party.  Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum period of 10 days pending receipt of deposit, after which time the booking may be released.  We reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any of our events.  All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 20%.
